Responsibilities:- Perform professional massage therapy treatments for clients, following established protocols and guidelines.- Assess clients’ needs and create personalized treatment plans to address their specific concerns.- Provide excellent patient service, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience for clients.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including treatment notes and progress reports.- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as chiropractors or physical therapists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans.- Stay informed about current trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques and modalities.- Adhere to all occupational health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications:- Valid certification or license as a Massage Therapist.- In-depth knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.- Strong understanding of pain management techniques and acute pain management.- Proficient in performing deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other therapeutic techniques.- Excellent patient assessment skills to identify areas of concern and develop appropriate treatment plans.- Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with clients and healthcare professionals.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional ethical standards.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
