Chiropractic Physician

We are a chiropractic clinic in Milwuakie. We have very efficient, professional, and well-trained staff. We have multiple massage therapists, CA, and another treating Chiropractor. We treat based on diversified adjusting. This is a Full-time salaried position 40 hours weekly. The clinic is open from: 9am-6pm Monday through Thursday, 9-1pm on Fridays. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Primary Duties: As an associate, you provide medical consultation and/or support to other practitioners within the organization. Diagnoses and treats acute and chronic conditions. To include conducting a medical history, conducting physical exams, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, devising a course of treatment based on patient preferences/ treatment goals, and reassessment of the patient at appropriate intervals. Collaborates and implements proactive patient centered care plan with the assistance of other providers within the care team such as Chiropractors, CAs and massage therapists. Ability to formulate and communicate recommended treatment plans and deliver a quality New Patient Experience every time Ability to be trained in effective communication and efficiency techniques Ability to provide high quality chiropractic care in a fast-paced environment Follow up on weekly/monthly goals with clinic director and find opportunities for improvement and actions to execute improvement Minimum Qualifications: Highly professional with excellent communication skills Possession of a license to practice Chiropractic in the State of Oregon granted by the Oregon State Board of Chiropractic Examiners Fully eligible for Malpractice Insurance in Oregon New grads are welcome! Base Salary: $80,000 annually plus weekly performance-based bonus.
