Chiropractor – Clinic Takeover

Renew Health Center View Company Profile

Job SummaryWe are looking for a Chiropractor that is ready to own their own clinic. The current doctor is relocating and is in need of someone to take over the clinic. We would have a smooth transition and should be able to continue the clinic without any major speedbumps. The clinic itself has been around for 6 years (150 5 star google reviews) and currently sees around 60-70 patients per week on a part time schedule. We have approximately 800 patient files if you would like to do a reactivation campaign. We are also in a strip mall with a lot of walking traffic for Sandwich Board advertising and a great relationship with the neighboring businesses. The total overhead of the office is a little under $3000 with rent at $2300. The last 3 months collections have been between 8000 and 13000 with a mix of cash and insurance, which is lower than normal as we have not been advertising due to the doctor leaving. This is a great opportunity for a doctor that is ready to start their own clinic without the crazy overhead of a buildout while taking over a profitable patient base. The office comes with a drop adjusting table and PT equipment. Feel free to send an email or text so we can talk more.
