Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chiropractor to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with musculoskeletal disorders, focusing on improving their overall health and wellness. This role requires a compassionate approach to patient care, emphasizing the importance of holistic treatment methods and preventive care strategies. The work will be at assisted living centers for the elderly bringing them advanced chiropractic care using mechanical devices like the Activator or Impulse IQ as well as vibration massages of 4-5 minutes per patient. The RIGHT chiropractor will essentially be “person number 3”. My former college classmate and I (Life College, Atlanta, 1993 grads) have a vision to bring this nationwide. This is a LONG time horizon. Think 10 years not 10 months. We only want to interview those with a huge heart and true passion for chiropractic and making the World a better place for all. The numbers will be heavily skewed to make this work for you. But it’s not about the money. When I was a new doc, 30 years ago, I thought I knew all the answers…. Only after many failures and ups and downs and some big wins….. Did I see I did not know nearly what I thought. So, typically, people right out of school may have some ego issues (say 50-70%), that said; I respectfully ask applicants to have at 3 years of continuous practice experience before applying. In only the exceptionally rare case would a brand new doc be able to handle this. Start date would be in January 2025. To reiterate, this a long time horizon to build up to a network of 40-50 assisted living centers being served in NV before opening in NJ. Rouch ballpark #’s would be $200 to $300 per shift, potential to hit $500 if you’re really good. In a 2 hour work shift. I will reach out to a select few applicants, The first interview will be over Zoom || video only. Thank you for taking the time to consider this postion.
