The Vice President is responsible for the delivery of educational programs and services through: Credentialing, hiring, managing, and developing faculty and staff Overseeing program curriculum and course delivery Overseeing the clinical teaching system and program affiliations Monitoring student progress Supervising and coordinating research department and ongoing and proposed research projects Donor Stewardship – identifying research donors and guiding them to the next level of support xe2x80xa2 Creating and managing fundraising events for KUCCM xe2x80xa2 Be a compassionate leader in the chiropractic or associated health industry xe2x80xa2 Have strong interpersonal skills xe2x80xa2 Excellent Collaboration Skills- Experience working with diverse community groups and stakeholders to address local needs. xe2x80xa2 Leads and supervises all accreditation activity, and ensures standards are being met. The Vice President is responsible for managing the creation of, updating, and tracking of all accreditation reports. Strong writing skills with knowledge of accreditation standards is essential for this role. The Vice President oversees the delivery of the chiropractic program and is responsible for ensuring a quality education for all students. At a minimum, the Vice President should hold a doctorate in chiropractic medicine, or its equivalent, as well as a degree in education, or its equivalent in work experience in an academic environment. Experience Required 2 year(s): Clinical chiropractic or related allied health or medical field work 5 year(s): Higher education experience Preferred 5 year(s): Administrative experience in chiropractic or other medical/allied health field Education Required Doctorate or better in Chiropractic or related field Preferred PhD or better Licenses & Certifications Preferred Adv Prac Reg Nurse FL Lic.-Chiro.
