Our commitment to offering the highest quality of care resulted in the addition of the latest cutting edge technology in the non-surgical treatment of both chronic lower back and neck pain including: Herniated/Bulging Spinal Discs Degenerative Disc Disease Sciatic Leg Pain | Arm and Neck Pain Posterior Facet Syndrome Foraminal Stenosis Post Back Surgery Pain Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Fast Paced Friendly Responsibilities:- Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the chiropractic office- Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits, ensuring cleanliness and organization- Assist the chiropractor during patient examinations and treatments- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing patient records- Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns – Answer phone calls and schedule appointments- Assist with patient intake by collecting and updating personal information Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent required- Previous experience as a chiropractic assistant or in a similar role is preferred- Knowledge of EHR systems is a plus- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using office software This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic chiropractic office where you will play a vital role in supporting the chiropractor and providing exceptional care to patients.
