Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Chiropractor to join our team at MOT Chiropractic. As a Chiropractor, you will play a vital role in delivering chiropractic care to our diverse patient population. You will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge, expertise, and compassionate approach to help individuals improve their overall health and well-being. Responsibilities: Perform thorough evaluations, including patient history, physical examination, and diagnostic tests, to assess the patient’s condition and determine an appropriate treatment plan. Provide manual adjustments and manipulations to the spine and other joints to restore proper alignment, alleviate pain, and improve mobility. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s specific needs, goals, and health conditions. Utilize additional therapeutic techniques such as soft tissue therapy, rehabilitative exercises, and lifestyle counseling to enhance patient outcomes and promote long-term wellness. Monitor and track patients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal results and patient satisfaction. Educate patients on self-care strategies, including stretching exercises, posture correction, and ergonomics, to empower them to actively participate in their own healing process. Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, including treatment notes, progress reports, and billing information, in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory standards. Collaborate and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including medical doctors, physical therapists, and massage therapists, to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care. Stay updated on the latest research, advancements, and best practices in chiropractic care through continuous learning and professional development. Qualifications: Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic college. Valid license to practice chiropractic in Delaware. Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in chiropractic adjustments and manipulations. Strong diagnostic and clinical reasoning skills to assess patients’ conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with patients and effectively explain treatment options and recommendations. Empathy, compassion, and a patient-centered approach to care. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
