Role Overview: As a Chiropractor, you play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the overall success of our practice. Your primary responsibilities encompass a wide range of patient-centered tasks, skill enhancement, teamwork, and growth. You will work under the guidance of the Case Manager and owner and collaborate with fellow team members to ensure optimal patient experiences and outcomes. Responsibilities: Provide Treatment Services: Deliver high-quality treatment services to team members and patients based on established protocols and guidelines. Collaborate with senior providers to ensure effective patient care and optimal treatment outcomes. Provide initial and progress exams. Increase Treatment Load: Work closely with the Case Manager to gradually increase your patient load by accepting assignments from them. Maintain a balance between patient load and delivering exceptional patient care. Documentation: Accurately complete documentation for each patient encounter, ensuring all relevant information is recorded. Keep electronic health records (EHR) up to date and organized for easy reference. Skill Enhancement: Allocate time to engage with the Case Manager and Office Manager to improve documentation skills and gain insights into effective patient management strategies. Progress Exams: Participate in progress examinations for patients, collaborating with senior providers to assess treatment outcomes and make necessary adjustments. Treatment Area Maintenance: Maintain treatment areas in an organized and clean manner to create a professional and welcoming environment for patients. Cleaning Assignments: Complete weekly cleaning assignments as designated, contributing to a safe and hygienic practice environment. Marketing Participation: Participate in marketing initiatives as assigned or when invited, contributing to the promotion of the practice’s services and brand. Continuing Education: Fulfill assigned continuing education requirements to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in treatment techniques and healthcare practices. Leadership and Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members and seek opportunities to lead by example, fostering a positive and supportive work environment. Comprehensive Patient Care: Ensure patients receive all prescribed services during every visit, focusing on their overall well-being and treatment plan adherence. Patient Education: Educate patients during encounters about the importance and benefits of their treatment, promoting their active involvement in their care journey. Reactivation and Referrals: Work closely with the front desk team to reactivate patients, generate referrals, and establish strong relationships within the preferred provider network. Preferred Provider Network: Nurture lasting relationships with the preferred provider network, contributing to the practice’s reputation and network expansion. Results We Want: Patients who are progressing in their treatment and meeting treatment objectives. Hitting production goals by delivering high-quality treatment in a timely manner. A growing patient base as patients are happy and refer. Developing leadership skills as opportunities arise. Complete Jr. Associate checklist and apply for Sr. Associate position within your goal timeline. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree/Doctorate in Chiropractic. Licensing and Certification: Possess and maintain all necessary licenses and certifications required for the role and state of California. Experience: 1-2 year minimum is ideal. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members. SPANISH speaking is a MAJOR plus. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and patient care. Time Management: Effective time management skills to balance patient care, administrative tasks, and skill enhancement activities. Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based healthcare environment. Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold the practice’s values and standards. Continuous Learning: Willingness to engage in ongoing learning and professional development. Leadership Potential: Demonstrated potential to take initiative and lead within the team.
