Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Doctor of Chiropractic to join our team. As a Doctor of Chiropractic at Caspers Chiropractic Center, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions, promoting overall health, and helping patients achieve their wellness goals. Key Responsibilities: Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations, x-rays, medical history reviews, and diagnostic tests to determine the root cause of musculoskeletal issues. Chiropractic Care: Develop and implement personalized chiropractic treatment plans to address patients’ specific needs, utilizing manual adjustments, spinal manipulations, and other chiropractic techniques. Patient Education: Educate patients on chiropractic principles, wellness, and lifestyle modifications to empower them to take an active role in their health and prevent future issues. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and billing information, in compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaboration: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physical therapists, massage therapists, orthopedists, neurologists, pain specialists, and medical doctors, to provide comprehensive care and referrals when necessary. Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to emergency situations and provide immediate care as needed. Basic life support skills are encouraged. Continuing Education: Stay current with advancements in chiropractic medicine through ongoing education and training. Qualifications: Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic program. Valid Minnesota state chiropractic license or applying for licensure. Strong diagnostic and manual adjustment skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Ability to work well within a collaborative healthcare team. Dedication to ongoing professional development and education.
