The main role is primary adjusting doctor with associated duties. Spanish speaking is bonus, but not required. The main responsibilities include adjusting, exams, marketing, screenings, marking x-rays, doctorxe2x80x99s reports and general help in the office as needed. Individual will work with our Chiropractic Assistants, Doctors, MaxLiving team and patients on various strategic and tactical initiatives to increase the efficiency, engagement and growth of the office. Responsibilities Include: Adjusting patients Exams for patients Marking x-rays Preparing care plans Assist in doctorsxe2x80x99 reports Assist in marketing efforts to reach office goals Screenings for patients Assist in marketing events such as patient dinners Engage in continuous company training events Competencies: Accredited Doctor of Chiropractic with a FL Chiropractic License Growth Mindset Strong attention to details Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully Ability to work independently and with minimal structure while exercising great judgment Ability to jump from “high profile” projects to “digging a trench” type projects without missing a beat and maintaining enthusiasm PC skills a must and must be proficient in use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Word) which includes creating reports and spreadsheets Salary: Annual Salary with bonuses based upon performance Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $80,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
