Functional Chiropractic & Rehab is a non-traditional chiropractic and sports injury clinic focused on helping active adults and athletes get back to doing what they love, long-term. We opened our practice in Dec 2021 with zero patients and now helped over 150 new patients over the course of 2.5 years. As one of the fastest-growing chiropractic and rehab- based clinics in Raleigh, NC, we have a very loyal patient base (all while being out of network/cash-based). We schedule 1 hour, one-on-one with each patient giving us time to do manual therapy, rehab, and strength training. We do this because we believe this is THE model for true patient- centered care. We currently have 1 doctor, 1 clinical experience coordinator, 1 marketing assistant, and are looking to build a team. Our treatment philosophy has been inspired by the following methods: Selective Functional Movement Assessment Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization Motion Palpation Institute Dry Needling ART Myofascial Release McKenzie Diagnosis and Treatment We have close relationships with many gyms, coaches and trainers. These are our #1 referral source (as well as our patients). We also utilize digital marketing (mostly Instagram) to acquire patients in our local community. We believe in mentorship and education and provide an immense amount of training, teaching, and coaching. You will NOT be expected to build your own case load. We want great people first, and great doctors second. Our patient population is very specific: active adults. Fitness and health are their #1 priority, and they WANT to do the homework and exercises we suggest. We donxe2x80x99t xe2x80x98babysitxe2x80x99 with e-stim and heat…we would rather have them picking up kettlebells and moving their bodies. True xe2x80x98Axe2x80x99 players love to be held accountable to high standards of performance, which means you will be given your own key objectives and outcomes. When these are met consistently, youxe2x80x99ll experience substantial benefit. Tasks- remember you as the chiropractor sit in retention to deliver on the promise made by the marketing message. Communicate with a patient in a way that confidently allows them to make the right decision about a plan of care suggested. Ensure that patients achieve their clinical and health/lifestyle outcomes. Communicate the value of our services with the fee/price that the patient will need to pay to access it. Provide a high level of customer care that will cause patients to want to come back frequently (and tell their friends about their amazing experience). Ensure that patients coming in for a free consultation convert to first session evaluations (when appropriate). Ensure that clinical notes are kept up-to-date, accurate, and completed in the agreed time frame needed. Measurable Outcomes Conversion ratio from free consultation to first evaluation greater than 80%. Conversion from first session to full plan of care greater than 80%. Completes plan of care ratio greater than 95%. Skills and Competencies Be able to communicate with patients so that they can understand why the suggested plan of care is the best solution for their problem. Willing and able to spot when a patient may be disillusioned or confused with their outcomes (and most likely drop off). Be able to engage with and connect with patients on a personal level that goes way beyond a clinical outcome. Demonstrate an understanding of what the causes are and solutions that could lead to a patient potentially dropping off schedule. Demonstrate a willingness to be held accountable for performance. Ability to thrive in an environment where measurement is the driving force behind progress. The Right Candidate Must have a desire to work with active adults and have understanding of rehab. Must have the desire to become one of the best sports/rehab-based chiropractors in the country.
