Job Description xe2x80x93 Licensed Chiropractor- Clinic Director Education and Training: Employee has received the education and training required by the licensing Board in the state in which Employee provides chiropractic treatment services. Licensure: Employee is duly licensed to practice chiropractic in the state in which Employee is obligated under the Employment Agreement to provide chiropractic treatment services. Physical Requirements: Able to stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours per day) Able to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 pounds Has complete dexterity in both hands Able to lift arms above shoulder level and above head Able to bend at the waist, lean down to touch the floor, get on the floor, kneel Job Responsibilities: Patient Care and Operations Adjust Patients Analyze X-rays Send x-rays and recommendations email to CA in charge of putting together recs and PowerPoints Create care plans for patients Teach patients how to do traction and scoli tables Table talk with patients to educate Implementation of all Company systems Discovery and Empowerment sessions Daily shifts (having schedule printed out and going over goals for the day) Daily post shift (going over day/goals/ES1) Complete Green Sheets and resolve issues, as necessary Monitor completion of the Office Opening/Closing procedures to hold staff accountable Responsible for office being open as scheduled for all patient hours Implementation of all company marketing promotions Competent to run and track all stat reports in ChiroHD, as necessary Go over financials after Empowerments (if CA is unavailable to) Responsibility for the performance of the clinic Filling in Red Zone stats Review and facilitate QuickBooks entries if requested by Owner DX codes PI info (done and input correctly) Follow up with team after ES1 (to see what patients did for care) Call missed/cancelled ES1 and ES2 Subluxation talks with NP PDxe2x80x99s and PD follow ups End of day calls for ES1 and any missed ES1 and ES2 Call any patients that had concerns for the day Check red sheet (to confirm everything got done) Check goals for next day and write on red sheet for next day (goals/things to do etc.) Ensure the CA prints out schedule for next day Sign a patient up for Enhance or Care Credit (in case CA is unavailable) Schedule and take payments (in case CA is unavailable) Keep track of NP conversion sheets Job Responsibilities: Staffing Staff reviews and any necessary meetings with staff. Reviews are done at 90 days and then every 6 months. Hire/fire/interview employees alongside of Owner if requested Job Responsibilities: Tribe Attend all quarterly Tribes (4) Put together P&L and Presentation for Tribe Preparation of PowerPoint of all quarterly numbers Presentation of PowerPoint at Tribes Job Responsibilities: Meetings Attend/Participate in all Tuesday morning Zoom Meetings All Doc Training 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month All Tribe Meeting 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month Opportunity Club meetings Club 200 meetings when eligible on Black Tuesdays Job Responsibilities: Training Initial Training Working with the owner to set goals and achieve expected growth.
