Duties:Perform initial exams and re-exams- palpation exams, orthopedic tests (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)Take and review Diagnostic X-raysEvaluate findings and determine diagnosis Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, and benefits of continued chiropractic careTreatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments (Torque Release, Diversified and Webster), rehab and various therapies and modalitiesSupervise and advise Chiropractic Assistants on patient care, exercises, and rehab Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)Work cooperatively with team, chiropractic assistants, and other support staff for comprehensive patient carePatient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- regular reevaluationsRequirements: Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)Active Chiropractic license in NJExperiencexc2xa0inxc2xa0Torque Release, Diversified and Webster TechniquesSchedule:Full timeMon- ThursdayCompensation (range): $78k-$92k (base plus bonus compensation)Benefits:Bonus Compensation typically ranges from $8k-$12kHealth insurance (Section 125 Cafeteria Plan)2 weeks PTO401k 40 hours sick leavePaid seminarsJoin us on our mission to make South Jersey a healthier community for present and future generations to come.
