Responsibilities:- Provide primary care to patients, focusing on the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, weight loss/healthy lifestyle choices, and helping people to avoid joint replacement with cutting edge therapies an regenerative medicine.- Perform patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical history reviews- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs- Utilize various chiropractic techniques, non-surgical spinal decompression (lumbar and cervical), Class IV laser, and acoustic shockwave (Gainswave) to provide pain relief and improve patient mobility- Educate patients on proper posture, ergonomics, and exercises to promote overall wellness and prevent future injuries- Collaborate with other in house medical team to ensure comprehensive patient care Looking for a highly motivated chiropractor who wants to build their own chiropractic practice inside a multidisciplinary practice of 5 years. Great earning potential. Currently in network with nearly all insurance networks so you could start seeing patients tomorrow. We do regenerative medicine and medical weight loss primarily. Small base of insurance patients, some PI, can nurture the existing relationships. Practice has non-surgical spinal decompression, knee rehab machine, class IV laser and acoustic shockwave therapy. Looking for someone who wants to have ownership in the practice and not just be an associate. Immediate opportunity available to buy into the practice now, ownership percentage would be dependant on investment level. Chiropractor/owner will be spending more time in a new clinic opening soon and wants to find the right partner to grow the practice and mentor to success. Requirements:- Valid license to practice as a chiropractor- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology- Excellent diagnostic skills and ability to assess patient conditions accurately- Proficient in performing physical examinations and interpreting diagnostic tests- Strong communication skills to effectively explain treatment plans and educate patients on self-care techniques -Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary clinic and co treat patients for the best interest of the patients.- Ability to provide compassionate patient care and build rapport with patients- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with advancements in chiropractic care Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid time off Referral program Schedule: 8 hour shift Supplemental pay types: Bonus opportunities Commission pay Ability to Relocate: Indianapolis, IN 46256: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
