Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled, full-time, Clinic Director-Chiropractor with clinical, management, and marketing experiences. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care for patients with personal injuries by incorporating chiropractic care with therapeutic massage and physical rehabilitation. Clinic Director DC will supervise LMT, CA and admin staff to ensure the team works together effectively to provide excellent care for our patients. Duties include, but not limited to performing exams, chiropractic adjustment, modalities, physiotherapies, massage, implementing patient care plan, managing office performance, internal and external marketing, etc. Successful applicants must be positive, energetic, professional, self-motivated, personal, caring, multi-task and goal oriented, and have a neat and proper presentation. Base salary + profit sharing/bonuses. Opportunity to become part-owner after one year of successful performances and if you have the right skill set. Benefits: Paid time off (PTO), paid holidays.
