The primary goal of our office is to provide our patients with a pathway towards better health through ongoing Chiropractic maintenance and preventative care. The Opportunity: Full-Time Chiropractor 38-40 Hours Per Week Tuesday-Saturday or Monday-Friday (with weekend availability as needed) Additional hours available if desired Full-time benefits in many cases include: wellness care, medical, Company-paid malpractice insurance, license reimbursement, paid continuing education, paid daily lunch break, paid time off, and holiday pay. Compensation: Negotiable hourly pay/Salary: $35/hr plus based on experience. BONUS : Quarterly bonus based on performance Expectations: Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing, and examining patients; and reviewing x-rays, as indicated. Evaluate patientsxe2x80x99 neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine using chiropractic diagnosis to determine neuromusculoskeletal and spine-related conditions. Perform manual adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body, in order to correct the musculoskeletal system, where necessary. Educate patients on the quality of life benefits of routine chiropractic care. Provide a recommended course of treatment and communicate this to the front desk staff, who will complete the sales conversation with the patient. Obtain and record patients’ medical histories, as indicated.
