Responsibilities: xc2xb7 Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally. xc2xb7 Greet and assist patients with a warm and friendly demeanor. xc2xb7 Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar. xc2xb7 Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, and inventory xc2xb7 Process payments and manage billing inquiries. xc2xb7 Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality xc2xb7 Educate patients on our services and provide relevant information. xc2xb7 Participate in office events and wellness initiatives xc2xb7 Collaborate with Chiropractors and the rest of the team to provide exceptional patient care. xc2xb7 Keep office and work area tidy and organized.
