As our Office Assistant, the successful candidate will also have a passion and enthusiasm for natural healthcare, excellent communication skills, customer service expertise, and be detail oriented. The main job of a Office Assistant is to help chiropractors with their daily duties. We are looking to hire the right person to join our team. This person would be a long-term employee. The job comes with on-the-job training and most employee feel comfortable with the job duties between 3-6 months. Responsibilities Transcribe patient appointments Assist the Doctor with fundamental patient care Opening/Closing Clinic Procedures Phone duties Prepare patients for Care Patient check-in/-out New patient set-up Patient in room set-up Clerical work Email/ Mail processing NOT all duties are listed Qualifications Dependable – more reliable than spontaneous People-oriented – enjoys interacting with people Excellent typing skills and basic computer software (word, excel, etc) Strong computer skills Able to multitask Long Term Skills Ability to multitask with excellent organization and results driven by achiever mindset.
