Licensed Massage Therapist

Responsibilities:- Perform professional massage therapy treatments for clients, including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and acute pain management.- Assess clients’ needs and create customized treatment plans to address their specific concerns.- Utilize knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to provide effective and safe treatments.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including treatment notes and progress reports.- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as chiropractors or physical therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in the practice of massage therapy. Qualifications:- Valid Indiana license in massage therapy from an accredited program.- Proven experience in performing deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other therapeutic techniques.- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and healthcare professionals.- Ability to assess clients’ conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.- Knowledge of pain management techniques and occupational health practices.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
