Job ProfileThe IMC Physical Therapist or Chiropractor (clinician) is responsible for providing outcomes-accountable MSK care using the standardized assessment and treatment methodology designed by IMC. To achieve this goal, IMC clinicians will undergo rigorous training upon beginning their career with IMC and will strive for continuous improvement facilitated by weekly IMC quality-assurance sessions and monthly IMC training sessions. IMC clinicians will be measured on their ability to provide excellent clinical and humanistic outcomes for patients participating in the IMC program. IMC is seeking a clinical candidate to fill an opening in the Ft. Wayne, Indiana area.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssess and treat musculoskeletal patients using IMCxe2x80x99s standardized treatment methodology for both group health and workers compensation care.Provide excellent service and quality care to patients participating in the IMC program.Participate in weekly quality-assurance sessions to review cases that have not met IMC benchmarks for improvement.Facilitate the collection of clinical outcomes for IMC patients at each visit.Review clinical outcomes data for each patient, and utilize the data to drive assessment and treatment decisions.Improve participation in the IMC program by taking part in communication events such as health fairs, lunch & learns, staff meetings, new hire presentations and any additional events desired by IMC clients.Participate in IMC training sessions on a regular monthly basis and additional events scheduled throughout the year.Complete the IMC Outcomes-Accountable Online Training and any additional modules uploaded or required.Act as a resource for MSK-related questions from primary care teams and other related stakeholders.Lead presentations on MSK prevention for employees of IMC clients.Competitive Pay & BenefitsSalary range: $90,000 – $100,000 annually.
